A Breath of Yoga, LLC, located in Historic Downtown Carrollton, offers a community of people looking to enrich their lives by embracing their mind, body and spirit through the use of yoga techniques. All teachers are certified through Yoga Alliance. Services available:

From Dallas, go north on I35E to Belt Line and exit, go east (right) on Belt Line for one block to Broadway Street and turn south (right) and go one block to stop sign, cross Main St. and we are at the first building on the left (Oldfield Building, two story brick).
